| Overview Phizon 'Silicone Resin Emulsion Paint' is a water based silicone resin paint system. The system consists of three different products: # all purpose primer # finishing coat for internal application # finishing coat for external application This product is applied as a two coat process consisting of primer and finishing coats. Repair/fill cracks and holes and sand back to smooth surface once the surface is dry. Paint Recommendation One primer coat and two top coats Surface Preparation The surface must be clean, dry and free from oil or grease. Application 1. Fully stir before applying 2. Dilution: the paint can be diluted by up to 20% depending on the atmospheric and application situations. The Primer does not need diluting, except where application is by spray gun then the Primer with also require diluting. 3. The surface to be painted should be edged using a brush to paint the hard to reach areas and corners, a roller should be used to apply the paint the main surface. 4. 2-4 hours to be allowed for the Primer to completely dry, if the moisture content is high, allow a longer drying period. Ensure that the Primer is completely dry before applying the Finishing coat. 5. Roll the paint on in one direction, to ensure a professional and consistent finish. Application condition The temperature should be over 5°c and humidity lower than 85%. Storage Store in a dry and cool place, the shelf life will be up to 24 months.
